Direct Support Professional (DSP) - DSP staff provide direct support to adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small residential group home setting.

Individual Community Living Supports (ICLS) - ICLS staff provides support and training for adults with developmental disabilities living in the community. They promote necessary guidance, training and occasional reminders to increase skills for living independently.

Life Skills Coach - A Life Skills Coach teach socialization and safety skills through group activities in the community.

Adult Respite Aide - Adult Respite Aides support giving short breaks to their families.



Will Griffin is a Home Manager at one of Thresholds residences, the Chamberlain home. He has been working at Thresholds for nearly 20 years, first starting as a Direct Support Staff and working his way up to his present position. Will says this about working at Thresholds:
